Shipping Policy

Our Shopping Policy is as follows:

Domestic Delivery:

• We process all orders within 7 working days.
• All orders our shipped from our warehouse in Mumbai, India.
• Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
• In case of any delay in shipments due to high volume or other factors, we will contact and inform you telephonically or via email.
• Our shipments reach metros within 5-7 days of processing the order. 
• Shipping time to non-metro cities is subject to geographical distance.

Shipping Charges:

Enjoy free shipping for all your orders.

We currently accept only pre-paid orders / Pay on Delivery orders

Order confirmation & tracking:

You will receive a shipment confirmation email from our shipping partner once your order has been processed. The tracking number will be provided in the email you receive. 

International Shipping Policy:

We do ship outside of India. At extra cost

Return Policy:

Our return policy is detailed out in the  Refund Policy tab. 

Huxley Leather is not responsible for damage after delivery. 

All damages or claims for shortages must be reported to customer service on the day of the delivery.
